Memberships and event listings are based on a calendar year.
NOTE: businesses looking for purely advertising space in the guide book, please email eventguide@maac.cc for more info.
Membership in MAAC is NOT required for strictly business advertising, only for listing an actual event like a sponsored car show.
Associate Club Monthly Meeting Schedule
Unless otherwise noted, meetings are the last Wednesday of the month, February through May and September through November. January 2024 the meeting will be held on Thursday, January 4th, 2024.
** There are NO meetings in June, July, August or December **

Membership Types
Associate Club
- minimum of 5 members
- must be vehicle based & non-business related
- 13 members or less, dues are $40. Commercial Liability Insurance is $300.
- 14 members or more, dues are $3 per member. Commercial Liability Insurance is $300. (example: 20 members would be $60 for just membership and Officers and Directors Insurance ($3 x 20 = $60). If Commercial Liability Insurance is to be included, it would be $360 ($3 x 20 = $60 + $300).
- may make motions and vote at meetings
- may list events in the MAAC Event Guide (subject to Event Book policy)
- may serve on committees
Charity or Not-For-Profit Supporter
- a single event raising money for a charitable purpose/cause or a non-for-profit automobile-based entity (museums)
- businesses hosting an event for a charity do NOT qualify for this, must register as a Business Sponsor
- Dues are $40. Commercial Liability Insurance is $300
- If Commercial Liability Insurance is to be included, it would be $340.
- should promote MAAC on all event promotional material where possible
- may NOT make motions or vote at meetings
- may list events in the MAAC Event Guide (subject to Event Book policy)
- may NOT serve on committees
Individual Supporter
- must be vehicle based, non-business related
- dues are $5.00
- may NOT make motions or vote at meetings
- can NOT list events in the MAAC Event Guide
- is NOT eligible to purchase insurance
- may serve on committees
Business Sponsor
- dues are $300.00
- will be listed in a special ‘Sponsors’ section of the Event Guide, website & Facebook pages
- may NOT make motions or vote at meetings
- may list events in the MAAC Event Guide (maximum of 5 lines per event, subject to Event Book policy)
- is NOT eligible to purchase insurance
- may NOT serve on committees
Youth / Student Club Membership
A Specialty Vehicle group or High School Automotive group with a predominant membership under the age of 18 that have formed a club or association that is compliant with the goals of MAAC.
- free membership
- may NOT make motions or vote at meetings
- may list events in the MAAC Event Guide (subject to Event Book policy)
- is NOT eligible for Executive Liability Insurance but may purchase additional Commercial Liability Insurance for $300.00 (providing club signatory is 18 or over)
- may serve on committees
Special One-Time Non-Commercial Listing
(a special one-time event not covered by the membership groups below)
- subject to pre-approval by the MAAC executives
- one-time, one-guide charge of $40 (for one-time event)
- may NOT make motions or vote at meetings
- entitled to one entry in the MAAC Event Guide (subject to Event Book policy)
- is NOT eligible to purchase insurance
- may NOT serve on committees
Final acceptance & classification of membership is at the discretion of the MAAC Executive.
